Quick Juice Questions

29:11      What is your best tip for those thinking about leaving full-time employment?

Start going to networking events, start surrounding yourself with more successful people than yourself, and just believe that you can.

29:43      What are the first steps that aspiring entrepreneurs should take?

Start hanging around positive Facebook groups. Come to our networking events at Entrepreneurs in London. Also, take a closer look at the people you already know and look for those high achievers in business. You may not know them that well, and you might even be intimidated to approach them. I just recommend that you start reaching out to three, four, of five of these people and asking them for advice. It will help a lot to think about how you can add value to them as well by selling your vision and how they can benefit as a result.

32:09             What has inspired you the most in your journey and where are you most inspired?

I’m most inspired when I help someone that actually goes out and implements what I tell them to do. My heart sings when I can see that I made an impact on somebody else. What inspires me as well is seeing people who have gone through incredible hardships but never, ever, ever gave up and just continued to do it over and over again until they got there.

33:03             Which book has inspired you and changed your thinking the most?

How to Become the Boss and Stay the Boss by Henry Motor, Awaken the Giant Within by Tony Robbins, The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck by Mark Manson, and Principles by Ray Dalio.

35:29             If there’s one last bit of Executive Juice you can share for people who want to get to the top of their property game, what would it be?

You have to learn influence. There’s no way you can become successful without understanding how to influence other people. Everything that you want is either currently owned or controlled by somebody else. That means, for you to get it, you have to be good at influencing other people.

Quotes

  • It takes a lot of effort and repetition to reprogram a negative mind. Just keep on doing it—your brain will adapt!
  • If you change your environment, you’ll outsource your personal development. It’ll literally happen automatically. We become the people we hang around.
